Business Developer - Therapeutics (m/f/d)

• Identification and expansion of new business opportunities in the therapeutics sector
• Establishment and maintenance of strategic partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, and other relevant market partners
• Analysis of the market, competition, target groups, and regulatory developments
• Development and implementation of new sales and marketing strategies
• Support for product launches, go-to-market activities, and market expansion
• Monitoring of relevant trends in Healthcare and Consumer Health
• Acquisition of new customers and development of long-term business relationships
• Derivation of strategic recommendations for the further development of the business area
• Completed degree in pharmacy, life sciences, healthcare management, or a comparable qualification, as well as experience in business development, sales, key account management, or product management, ideally in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage
• Very good German skills and business-fluent English skills
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital tools
• Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, results orientation, team spirit, and strong communication and negotiation skills; analytical thinking and a good sense of market trends, business opportunities, and customer needs

Minimum Salary
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 47,810.14.
